macOS Ventura 13.0.1 (22A400) Update is Live! What’s New?

macOS Ventura 13.0.1 update is now available!

Apple has released macOS Ventura’s first software update to the public! The 13.0.1 update comes only a few weeks after the pubic launch of Ventura. Let’s jump in and find out what’s new!

The Ventura 13.0.1 patch notes state:

This update includes bug fixes and security updates and is recommended for all users.

We know the update fixes security vulnerabilities but how many and what kind of bugs are fixed?

OS Loader Version (iBoot) also referred to as “iBoot second-stage loader”, is Apple’s stage 2 bootloader. The OS loader version will be the same as the “System Firmware Version” on the latest OS.
