macOS updates released 5/13/19 - 10.14.5 Mojave (18F132) & (2019-003)

Today on 5/13/19 at 12:15 CST Apple released the following updates for 10.14, 10.13 and 10.12.

Kernel extensions signed after April 7, 2019 must be notarized in order to load on macOS 10.14.5.
Disables accessories with insecure Bluetooth connections. (This could possibly disable Google’s Titan Key) not sure if this is only iOS or not yet.

Using a Personal Recovery Key to unlock a FileVault volume would not allow you to reset your user password at the Login Window.

When sending the InstalledApplicationList MDM command to macOS clients, apps that had been installed via VPP would fail to report when an app update was available.
When using the Time Server payload on earlier version of macOS 10.14, the time zone was not getting set properly.
The Accessibility Events switch was removed, because related aspects of the W3C AOM effort are no longer applicable.
