macOS Monterey Beta 9 is now available for Developers.

Apple just dropped macOS Monterey Beta 9. The update comes only one week after beta 8! Let’s jump in and find out what’s new in this update.

Quick Summary

1. Beta 9 is now available as a Delta update & M1 IPSW Restore File
2. Waiting on Public Beta & Full Installer. Full installer & Public Beta are now available!
3. Universal Control = NOT enabled in Beta 9
4. Beta 9 added a new Dynamic Wallpaper for the “Monterey Graphic” background.
5. Does Beta 9 fix the monitor issues that some users are having? UPDATE! Multiple users have confirmed that the monitor issue is fixed in beta 9!

Monterey Combo Update

The “Combo Update” has been replaced by an automatic sized update. This means if you are updating from an older beta (example Beta 2) you will get an update that includes only what you need.

This is update is for if your volume is having issues or is not sealed.
