The new macOS Sequoia wallpaper is here!
The new macOS Sequoia forest wallpaper is LIVE in macOS Sequoia Beta 5! The actual location of the new wallpapers in .heic and .mov format are located in /System/Library/Desktop Pictures/.wallpapers. NOTE: This is a hidden folder, so you need to use “Shift-Command-Period” to show hidden files.
15.1 BETA 2 UPDATE:The location of the 2 new downloadable aerial (Morning & Night) wallpapers is /Library/Application\ Support/com.apple.idleassetsd/Customer/4KSDR240FPS NOTE: Both (Morning & Night) need to be downloaded manually and are available as an arial wallpaper only. Click the Show All button to see them. in the Screen Saver section of System Settings. A .heic dynamic wallpaper file of Morning and Night are not available yet.
Listed below are all the macOS Sequoia Beta wallpapers, I needed to change the host to Google Drive due high download bandwidth. NOTE: In Sonoma & Sequoia the /System/Library/Desktop Pictures directory is SIP protected. Instead you can click on the .png file and then select Services > Set as Desktop Picture.
